- Root chakra -positioned at the base of the spine-provides the foundation of life.
- Sacral Chakra– otherwise known as the Svadhisthania (located below the belly button), is responsible for sexual and creative energy.

- The heart chakra, also Anahata (located near the heart, right in the mid-chest), is responsible for the ability to love and is compassionate.
- The throat chakra, also Vishuddha (located in the throat), defines one’s ability to communicate verbally effectively.
- The third eye chakra, otherwise known as Ajna (located between and parallel to the eyebrows), is mandated with strong gut feelings or intuition and associated with imagination.
- Crown chakra, also Sahasrara (found at the top of the head) – Represents one’s spiritual connection with themselves, other people, or the world around. It is a crucial part of its role in defining one’s purpose on earth.

Most often than not, when the third eye opens, you are likely to experience extraordinary events such as visions having some level of clairvoyance and an extrasensory view. It is majorly identified as the doorway to the subconscious mind that facilitates communication and the exchange of messages from a higher consciousness or other several dimensions.
Chakra Third Eye Affirmations- What Does It Mean?
Besides our bodies, we also have a subtle, energetic body that we can get to through our thoughts and feelings. Prana, or life-force, moves through it and comes together at powerful energy points called chakras. The root chakra, which is at the base of the spine, connects to the crown chakra, which is at the top of the head (top of the head).
In the body, there are seven major chakras. Each of these chakras corresponds to a certain quality or emotion that shows up in a unique way. The sixth chakra is linked to awareness, vigilance, and rage, and they all come from it.
In order to enjoy the benefits of the chakras, you must have the energy in your chakra system move up. When energy moves down, you will feel the opposite or the negative aspects of that chakra (from the crown to the base).

Third Eye Affirmations Chakra-Healing Exercises
If you curl your tongue to the back of your throat, this is a type of mudra.
Lift your brows and look between your brows with your eyes in the Shambhavi mudra (Shambhavi mudra).
Kumbhaka breathing is said to be done like this: keep your breath steady on both the inhale and the exhale.
In terms of putting everything together, start by sitting down with your legs crossed. To do this, tilt the head back until it is at a 45-degree angle. Then do the same thing. If your tongue can go all the way back into your throat, do so. Breathe in and out very slowly. As soon as you’re comfortable with that, you can add the Shambhavi mudra and bring your eyes between your brows to make it even more powerful. You should then use the fourth technique, which is to hold your breath for a few seconds on each inhale and exhale, to help you stay calm (or however long you feel comfortable doing so).
Continue with this method as long as it feels right to you. Release your head, then your tongue, and finally your breath. This will help you get out of it. If you do this, you should be able to tune out outside noise and focus on your intuition, which lives inside of you, instead.
Solar plexus chakra affirmations
The solar plexus chakra is another important chakra that deals with self-esteem and spiritual connection, such as the heart chakra. In yoga, this part of the body, also called Manipura, helps people have more self-esteem and confidence. It’s also linked to the colors of the sun. There are things that can stop the solar plexus chakra, like insecurities, powerlessness, and being a victim.
Meditation, yoga, and affirmations are all good ways to get this Chakra working and back in balance again. Still, there is a tonne of phrases or statements you can say to yourself to fire up your solar plexus, but there are many more. For example, I think I’m strong, capable, and deserve to be here. I believe in my abilities.
More than we think, healing and awakening our chakras are part of humanity, even though we might not know. These energies are different for everyone, even people who don’t believe in chakras. Most people don’t know where to put them, even if they don’t use chakras. However, most, if not all, are trying to get a better sense of who they are, what they do, and how they can help. People need help from these chakras.
